Wider Horizons Events and Information

1.       Our Tuesday evening All Member Zoom Gatherings return on Tuesday, October 24, 7-8:15 pm. Join your hosts Bob Anderson and Susan Adler. These sessions will be held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Questions for this week’s discussion are attached.

2.       Tuesday, 10/24, 10:30-12, we are hosting postcarding at the Oxbow Bakery, 2307 24^th Ave East. Postcards, etc., provided, we just need you; all are welcome. Please do not wear any products with fragrance—Victoria will be joining us!

3.       The Healthy Aging Zoom workshop on Wednesday, October 25^th at 4:30 pm has as its topic “Is your concern really neurologic or is it something else?” Neurological concerns and something else. The link is https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82302089744?pwd=SldkanlveDdlVjNoWGE4d1J3WnoxQT09  

4.       Thursday morning’s all-member Zoom is this Thursday, October 26, in its usual time slot of 9:30 am. The link and small group questions will be sent out on Wednesday.

5.       Movie Group will meet on Monday, October 30, at 4 pm to discuss the classic The Philadelphia Story with the inimitable Katharine Hepburn, among other great actors. Zoom link is: https://tinyurl.com/48cduc4n You can rent it on Amazon or Apple.

6.       Richard Zerbe would welcome visitors to his and Diane’s Methow cabin where he will be batching it from Oct 26 thru Oct 8^th while Diane is in Japan.

7.       If you missed the invitation to come to lunch at the Moonlight Café on Jackson, we have openings on Friday, November 13 at 11:30 am. Let me know.
