Thursday morning’s All-Member Zoom is happening, per usual, this Thursday, September 26, at 9:30 am. The link and questions will be sent on Wednesday.

Please, I need one more story/storyteller for October 17, 4 pm, on Zoom. Stories should be at least 10 minutes long and no longer than 12 minutes. The theme is past glories (or near glories) in sports. And you can define “sports” broadly. If more than one of you volunteers, you can tell your story another month.

From Jean Chen: An exhibition, Side by Side: Nihonmachi Scenes by Tokita, Nomura, and Fujii, recently opened at the Wing Luke Museum. It exhibition features three immigrant-generation Japanese American artists in Seattle and presents their work at the height of their recognition in the 1930s.
