Monday Morning Memo - 1.13.2024
Wider Horizons Events and Information
From Nancy Robb, who leads our Book Group: We meet on Zoom tomorrow, Tuesday morning (and the second Tuesday of each month), January 14, at 10:30. At this--our first meeting of the year—we’ll discuss Deborah Tannen's classic You Just Don't Understand. Any member is welcome! Do take a look at the list of books scheduled for 2025: 2025 WH Book Schedule Final.docx There are fiction, non-fiction, and memoirs in the line-up. The Zoom link below is the same every time so you can copy it to your files for reference. Some of you may ask why we continue to meet remotely. The group decided to keep the format after the pandemic ebbed because it allows more accessibility for people who are out of the area and/or find it difficult to get out.
